Learn about the connections between the river, moon and body

About

Explore the connections between the river, moon and wellbeing, and use breathwork and your senses to experience the river through sight, sound and smell. After, a 10-minute walk will take you to the Thames-Side Studios' education space, there you will use objects and printed imagery to create blue cyanotype images and small booklets with moon and tidal references to use to trace your wellbeing across the moon’s 8-phase cycle.
