About

Charlton’s Maryon Wilson Animal Park is a happy home to domestic animals including ducks, geese, chickens, sheep, goats and pigs.

Visitors will find a busy duckpond, an indoor petting area full of small animals and three hard-working ponies who are happy to give rides to people with disabilities at the Riding for the Disables Association in neighbouring Charlton Park. It’s also one of the few spots in London with a deer enclosure that allows you to see fallow deer up close.

Free public tours where visitors get to feed, stroke and handle the animals of Maryon Wilson Animal Park are led by the Park Ranger Service, every Wednesday.

The animal park resides within Maryon Wilson Park, a beautifully landscaped park that contains both informal open grassland and woodlands – all in a valley setting with streams running through the woods.
