There are plenty of fun and effective ways to keep fit at the 12 state of the art leisure centres across the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Providing facilities boasting multi station gyms, offering everything from cardiovascular and resistance training machines to fitness classes, some offering swimming pools, there’s even outdoor swimming at a 1930s lido.

In addition to the excellent range of gyms, as a result of the legacy of being a host borough for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, there are also outdoor gyms in many of the parks and open spaces around the borough.
