Thrive, is a FREE community wellbeing festival. Sponsored by Greenwich Peninsula and in partnership with The Hour, you can enjoy a host of free classes including physical and mental wellness sessions, yoga, aromatherapy, mindfulness and more.

This year the 9 week programme features: Zumba, Yoga, Workshops & Talks, Self-care tips, and festive craft sessions.
Thrive is here to get you ready for New Year even before the holiday festivities begin!

Keep an eye on the changing weekly programme and don't forget to book your spot early!

NOTE: 
* All sessions need to be booked at least 2 hours in advance (bookings open 7 days in advance).  If you can't make you booked session, inform the organiser in advance so someone can have your place.
* Repeat no-shows will result in any future bookings to be declined.
