Get creative with a vibrant, hands-on workshop inspired by the theatrical art of Kathakali from Kerala, India

About

Join Firepit Studios for a hands-on mask-making experience inspired by Kathakali, the traditional theatrical art form from Kerala, India. Known for its striking facial expressions and elaborate costumes, Kathakali uses the face as a powerful canvas to portray emotion and story.

In this 90-minute workshop, you will create your own expressive Indian mask by blending painting and clay sculpting. You’ll celebrate the summer season with bold colors, creativity, and cultural expression. This workshop is designed to be accessible and fun for all ages - no experience needed.
