About

Join yoga teacher and artist Maddie Mellon for an immersive session exploring the meeting point between body and imagination.

This workshop combines mindful yoga with guided journalling and creative writing as tools for self-inquiry and expression. Participants will be guided through gentle movement and breathwork designed to awaken sensory awareness, followed by reflective creative prompts to translate embodied experience into language and image. No yoga or artistic background is needed - simply a willingness to explore. This yoga and journaling workshop invites you to experience creativity as a full-bodied practice, where movement is a tool for healing and self-discovery. Some basic art supplies will be provided, but bring any artist's media you might prefer to work with.

NOTE: It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothing for this session.
