DARKFIELD

About

This October DARKFIELD returns to Canary Wharf with three immersive theatre experiences set in shipping containers on Montgomery Square.

DARKFIELD create immersive 360-degree audio experiences at the forefront of technology and theatre. Behind the doors of each shipping container a strange world unfolds. Three intense and deeply immersive experiences in pitch darkness are waiting for you: Eulogy, Flight and Coma.

FLIGHT – Ladies and gentlemen, we’d like to direct your attention to the on-board safety demonstration and ask that you give us your full attention. In the unlikely event of a sudden loss of cabin pressure alternative scenarios will be provided. Neither Heaven nor Hell is assured. We’re not responsible for your final destination.

EULOGYEULOGY is a surreal, otherworldly journey through a dreamlike, labyrinthine hotel that exists entirely in your mind. How you arrived is a mystery and why you’re there remains unclear. Just make sure you read the pamphlet.

COMA – Imagine the moment of waking is actually when your dream begins.

How can we save you from the unspeakable things that lurk in the dark recesses of your mind? The cure we offer is a placebo and a promise.

Please remember to take your body with you when you leave.

WARNINGS: Shows are suitable for ages 14+. If you are claustrophobic, suffer from PTSD, or could be triggered by coma or medical related themes, this may not be the show for you.
