Celebrate 350 years of the Royal Observatory Greenwich by exploring the past and present night sky with the astronomers

About

Celebrate 350 years of the Royal Observatory Greenwich by exploring the past and present night sky with the astronomers at The Sky Tonight 1675, a live planetarium show presented by an astronomer from the Royal Observatory Greenwich.

This special version of the classic-style show will explore the night sky on the day of your visit, comparing what you can see today with 350 years ago, when the Observatory was first established. You’ll learn about astronomical sights you can spot for yourself, as well as how our knowledge and views of these have evolved over time. Your show could feature anything from constellations to meteor showers!

* Suitable for adults and families. Recommended ages 7+. Under-5s will not be admitted – Ted's Space Adventure is suitable for younger children.
