About

A heart-warming tale of found families as we watch The Wild Robot (2024) in the unique venue of the Peter Harrison Planetarium. Come before the film to take part in exciting science activities linked to the film and ask the astronomers of the Royal Observatory Greenwich about how scientists are using robots to understand and protect the environment of the Earth.

The Wild Robot (2024)
Sometimes, to survive, you must become more than you were programmed to be.

Things are not looking good for Universal Dynamics ROZZUM Unit 7134 (Lupita Nyong'o, Black Panther). Washed overboard and stranded on a remote island, the intelligent robot "Roz" finds herself alone, surrounded by wild animals that fear her and being attacked by the grizzly bear, Thorn (Mark Hamill, Star Wars).

But when circumstances lead her to becoming the adopted mother of an orphaned gosling, she must adapt quickly to help her new animal friends, unaware that Universal Dynamics, who is now looking to recover her, may not have the island's best interests at heart.
