A group of adults taking part in the Rainbow Run

About

For the first time, Rainbow Run is coming to Eltham!

This colour-filled charity fun run is the perfect opportunity for families and friends to come together, make memories and enjoy a vibrant day out. Join the fun on Sunday 6 September and be part of Eltham's very first Rainbow Run in support of Demelza.

Taking place at Avery Hill Park, this family-friendly event features a fully accessible route. Whether you choose to run, walk, dance or toddle, everyone is welcome to get involved. Entrants will loop the course twice, making their way through fantastic colour stations before claiming a well-earned medal at the finish line.

Demelza is a charity which provides expert clinical care, emotional support and practical help to children with serious or life-limiting conditions, and their families, across Kent, South East London and East Sussex.
