A FREE, beginner-friendly workshop introducing the fundamentals of mindfulness in a clear and accessible way, helping participants develop a practice that fits into busy, everyday life.

Attendees will spend time together exploring practical exercises designed to reduce stress and support a calmer nervous system, concluding with a guided mindful eating experience.

* This workshop is FREE for all Greenwich residents. It is open to adults only (babes in arms welcome). A free crèche is available for children under the age of 5 years (subject to availability).
