About

Experience Lie Down and Listen, a blissful sound healing and lying down classical concert in the Painted Hall. Feel deeply relaxed with Tibetan bowl healing vibrations and harp music as you lie down on soft mattresses.

Listen to the powerful, hypnotic and inspiring Metamorphosis by Philip Glass as sound healer Christina guides you into a state of deep relaxation. Lay down on cosy beds made up with mattresses, cushions and blankets so that you can let go and allow the Tibetan bowl sounds, harp music and blissful vibrations to move through you. The session will include a guided yoga Nidra relaxation and meditation.

After the session, you will be able to enjoy some spare time to connect with others, relax and dwell in the beautiful Painted Hall.
