Loudspeaker Orchestra shares immersive listening experiences in diverse venues, via curated concerts of sound arts and contemporary music

About

The Loudspeaker Orchestra shares immersive listening experiences in diverse venues, via curated concerts of sound, arts and contemporary music. Their regular concerts, screenings and talks showcase the work of University of Greenwich students, staff and experts in the field.

Their current concert season will transport you via an eclectic programme of sound and audiovisual works, through an array of unique and compelling performance spaces, and the market are delighted to host the next concert right here under the glass roof of Greenwich Market!

On Wednesday 29th May, Greenwich Market welcomes WEȽ∝KER to the stage for an immersive audio-visual experience, the likes of which the market has never seen before!

Rubberised recordings meet aerated physical modellings, AI chants, and spectral synthesis morphed by the putty-like WEȽ∝KER formula. Put on your neoprene suit and crawl on in.

WEȽ∝KER (pronounced “WET LOCKER”) is a collaborative project from Messrs Guillaume Dujat and Joe Beedles. Presenting gummied computer music through shimmering spongiform corridors, jagged rips of discord and rib-shaking bass weight. Check out their latest album ‘ENHANCER’ released on Florentine imprint: OOH-sounds.
