A memorable family yoga class for new parents bond with their baby in a magnificent setting.

Carve out some time to stretch, release tension and build strength in a mindful and enjoyable way, whilst meeting other new parents in the local area. 

Take part in breath exercises, and synchronised yoga poses that will help you strengthen the core and pelvic floor, increasing energy and balancing the nervous system. 

About the Teacher: Toni Osborne 
Toni Osborne has taught postnatal yoga full time for over a decade at yoga studios across London.

NOTE:
- The class is open to all caregivers and pre-crawling babies.
- This class suitable for all, with modifications offered to suit all levels.
- Changing, feeding, nursing and playing is welcome throughout the session.
- New mums must be six weeks post-birth or eight weeks post C-section. If you are below six weeks post-birth or eight weeks post C-Section, you will need to speak to your GP and bring a proof of approval signed by your GP to take part in the session.
- Bring a mat and a blanket to place your baby on, and any teething toys they enjoy.
- Your ticket also includes entry to the Painted Hall after the session.
