Arch Sinfonia presents 'String Serenade'

About

Maestra Chloé Van Soeterstède and the Trustees of Arch Sinfonia invite you to 'String Serenade' featuring dancer Salvatore De Simone.

Arch Sinfonia is a cross-art chamber orchestra, founded in 2012 with a mission to re-examine the possibilities of an orchestra and break down barriers between audience and musicians, and change perceptions.

At the Harold Gibbons Hall at Greenwich West Community & Arts Centre, an evocative programme will transport you through romantic 19th century Paris with excerpts from Verdi's La Traviata, and St Petersburg with Tchaikovsky's Serenade for Strings, lift your spirits to otherworldly galaxies with Jessie Montgomery's Starburst and take you into contemplative and poetic prayer through Roxanna Panufnik's Modlitwa.

'String Serenade' will also feature special guest dance artist, Salvatore De Simone.
