About

With special guests Alex Wilson (piano) and Omar Rios (guitar)

Andy Sheppard is a saxophonist and composer who has created an exciting new project that breaks traditional boundaries. In this project, he combines adventurous compositions from throughout his career.

Andy has an impressive musical background, having released albums with major labels like Island Records, Blue Note, Verve, Provocateur, and ECM (which he considers his "spiritual home").

His new band, QUARTETS, allows Andy to connect his past, present, and future music as well as bring older compositions back into his performances – creating new versions through improvisation and exploration of new musical directions.

His new compositions for this saxophone and guitar-led band, reflect both his personal musical style and his life-long love of the guitar.

Band Line-up:
Andy Sheppard – Saxophones
John Parricelli – Guitar
Dudley Phillips – Double Bass
Nic France – Drums
